Delivery to Uni
Generally, we can deliver to any UK address. With some universities this means a post room, accommodation office or a building concierge.
If you're having your box delivered straight to your uni halls, we recommend contacting your accommodation first, or reading the 'delivery guidelines' of your accommodation to make sure everything goes smoothly.
You can always place your order now and update it later on with any special requirements.

Standard vs. Premium Induction
With everyone cooking more at home during the pandemic, one of the most asked questions over the last couple of years has been 'can I upgrade the cookware?'. You asked, we listened.
We've now introduced our Luxe Student Kit, which includes pans which are suitable for all hobs incl. Induction (those fancy weird hobs that don't get hot unless you put a pan on it 👀). So, if you're looking for pans which are suitable for induction hobs, the Luxe Kit might be for you 🙌

Are the pans in the Complete Student Kit suitable for induction hobs?
The non-stick pans in our Complete Student Kit are not compatible with induction hobs.
They are suitable for Gas; Electric and Glass hobs, however they are not suitable for induction hobs. They are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended.
If you're after induction-compatible pans, please select the stainless steel pan set which is compatible or check out our Premium Complete Kit!

What's the size of the box?
The Standard Complete Kit package measures 50cm (width) x 43cm (height) x 73cm (depth). It weighs around 18kg, depending on your bedding size.
Please note that items are individually packed inside the box, so they’re easy to pack into a car if the outer box doesn’t quite fit.
