Need to Track your order?
We send most of our parcels via DPD due to it being one of the highest-rated couriers in the UK. In most cases, once your order is dispatched you will receive a text or email with tracking information on the morning of delivery. In the rare case you don't receive a text, don't worry - your order is likely to be on one of our own vehicles on a larger delivery. Please email us on email@example.com with your order number in the subject line and we will happily check for you.
Need to cancel your order?
Don't worry, we know situations can change, and we're happy to help you wherever possible. View Our Promise and Cancellation Policy then pop us an email with your order number.

We know nobody's perfect, and sometimes we do make mistakes but we pride ourselves on resolving them fast. If you experience any difficulties with your order please pop us an email so we can help make things right.

Where a query is urgent, such as tracking information showing your parcel has been delivered but you haven't been able to locate it on arrival, please write URGENT in the subject line.
