We deliver Monday-Friday and can either deliver direct to your accommodation or to any address in the UK (If your address is not on the dropdown please select "Let me type my own address" at checkout. Our website allows you to select a delivery date in the future, so we would encourage you to place your order as soon as you book your room, then it’s one less thing to worry about and we will keep your order safe until you need it! (Plus, you get to guarantee a delivery date to avoid disappointment) If you will be arriving on a weekend, please select the Friday before. For deliveries to Ireland & the Scottish Highlands please allow 3 working days.
All of our packages are sent on a signed for service, therefore someone will need to sign for it. If you are staying with one of our partner accommodations then they will accept your package on your behalf, if you are not staying in one of our partner’s halls of residence then you will need to check that they are able to accept your package. If you have requested delivery to a private house, then you will need to ensure that someone in to sign for the package.

Delivery on all orders under £60 will be charged at £5.99. Express deliveries are available (charges apply). Orders over £60 will be free of charge. Please note that for deliveries to N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands / Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Wight, delivery can take up to three days & carriage may be subject to additional charges when an order is placed. Where a delivery is extremely important, we are happy to offer a special carriage service. Please contact our office by phone if you wish to inquire about express delivery. Please note that express delivery is subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
If you wish to change your order you can notify us by email at email@example.com - if it’s before we have dispatched the goods to you we will be more than happy to help. If you wish to amend an order later than 48 hours after being placed, we can re-direct the package to any address in the mainland UK free of charge. If you wish to cancel the order we can offer you a full refund excluding a £10 processing charge.

We offer a 100% Money back guarantee for faults reported within three months of delivery. No goods are to be returned without first speaking to our sales desk. Goods which are used, washed or made to order are non-refundable. When returning products, you are under a duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the products are not damaged in transit. We, therefore, recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when you are returning a product. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us or for the use of the collection service unless there is a fault. Faulty goods supplied will be collected. They will then be credited or replaced, subject to goods being inspected by our Quality Control team. For goods which are not faulty, please return at your own cost to Gailarde Ltd.
