Special areas

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands & UK Isles are charged separately. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands due to tax regulations with our shipment provider.

General delivery information

We deliver Monday to Friday and can either deliver direct to your accommodation or to any UK address. At checkout, you can choose delivery to a partner accommodation or a private address.

Our website allows you to select a delivery date in the future, so we recommend placing your order as soon as you book your room. We will keep your order safe until you need it, and you can secure your preferred delivery date early.

If you are arriving on a weekend, please select the Friday before. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, please allow at least 5 working days.

Signed-for delivery

All of our packages are sent on a signed-for service, so someone will need to accept the delivery.

If you are staying with one of our partner accommodations, they will usually accept your package on your behalf. If you are delivering to private accommodation or a private address, please check someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

Republic of Ireland

Please order before 12pm and allow up to 5 working days.

All import fees to ROI are covered by UniKitOut and there are no additional surprise charges.

Channel Islands

Delivery: Not currently available

Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to the Channel Islands due to tax regulations with our shipment provider.

Custom orders & boxes

Custom boxes may sometimes arrive in multiple parcels due to the flexibility of our customisation feature and the different sizes of the items included.

Don’t know your address or date yet?

Select a delivery date in the future & enter all the details you currently have. Yoy can always contact us if you need to adjust your delivery details or add additional information. Please let us know at least three working days before your preferred delivery date, Monday to Friday.

Need to change your delivery?

You can change your delivery address or date up to 3 days before shipment at no extra charge. Contact us via live chat or email sales@unikitout.com.

Returns made simple

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day returns window.

Step 1

Step 2

Once we have details of your return, we will advise you of the returns label process and instructions.

Step 3

Pack everything securely in a box large enough to protect the items in transit.

Returns policy

We can only refund unused items or items that were faulty at the time of delivery. Goods which are used, washed or made to order are non-refundable.

We are unable to refund any extra delivery fees that have been paid, such as deliveries to Northern Ireland or other special delivery areas.

When returning products, please take reasonable care to ensure they are not damaged in transit. If you decide to return the item yourself, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Linen sets must be sent back in their entirety, there will be a charge for any collections arranged - however please note we are unable to arrange collections from Ireland.

Faulty items

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for faults reported within three months of delivery. All electrical goods come with a standard years' manufacturers warranty.

No goods should be returned without first speaking to our customer service team. Faulty goods supplied will be collected, then credited or replaced subject to inspection by our Quality Control team.

Refunds

  • Your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving your returned items.
  • Please note that it may take 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact timing of the refund can vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds are returned to the card used to make the original purchase

Shortage, damage or non-delivery

Nearer to delivery, we send a tracking email with instructions. Please check your emails on the morning of dispatch for your tracking information.

We must be notified within 14 days of receiving delivery of any shortage or damage to goods. Otherwise, neither the carrier nor UniKitOut can accept responsibility for loss or damage.
