An introduction to knife types:

• Bread Knife - An ideal 8" serrated tool for slicing through crusty artisan loaves to soft sandwich bread.
• Chefs Knife - An absolute Kitchen essential with an 8" blade, best used for anything from dicing meat & veggies to chopping nuts and herbs. 
• Utility Knife - A smaller, 5" blade perfect for filleting fish to slicing soft fruits & vegetables.
  
• Paring Knife - aka a 'peeling knife', these are handy small blades perfect for peeling veg, cutting, trimming or slicing.

Our knives are all dishwasher safe, except those with colour which should be hand-washed.
